Happy New Year! We as a society have completed another revolution around around resident star, the Sun, which renowned astrophysicist Dr. Neil DeGrasse-Tyson correctly says has no astronomical significance. But, unlike killjoy Dr. DeGrasse-Tyson, we should still celebrate it if we are so inclined. Rebirths are always a fun concept, and if it starting anew gives you a fresh outlook in life, I say go ham on it. Again, it doesn’t have to happen during New Year’s, but if the symbolism tastes delicious to you, eat your heart out.
Here’s hoping we survive another year.
