Kainan With Kinan #1 – Pork Adobo

The author has many interests to keep him sane. One of them is cooking. While this is just a hobby where he has no intention of making a big deal out of, the author would like to start a new thing called Kainan With Kinan, where he playfully shares the dishes he has learned to cook.

Patrick Kennan in Siquijor

One of the most enchanting places I’ve visited is Siquijor Island in the southern Philippines.
One does not need to believe the supernatural for them to enjoy the atmosphere in a purported supernatural island. Indeed the people enjoy their identity and have in fact embraced it. Just by looking around, their is this… delightful ambiance that I have a hard time putting in to words. Whatever it is, it was enough to charm even a cynic like me.

Kennan in Mararison

The author investigates the hype surrounding Mararison Island after seeing tons of Facebook and Instagram posts by friends there. What he experienced was truly insightful!

Byaheng Pandays: Bantayan Island

The Pandays, a motley crew of confused kids, visit Bantayan Island as part of the team building activities that their shift at work engaged in. Read on, my dudes!

Byaheng Pandays: Malapascua Island

The Pandays, a motley crew of confused kids, embark on a team outing in Malapascua Island with their officemates to save their dreary souls from the harrowing grind that is the logistics industry. This quaint little island and its friendly community refreshed the Pandays, quenching their thirst for a break from processing contracts — reigniting a fire inside that was once present at the start of their careers but was slowly burning out with each passing day. Read on and share in their adventure!

Kennan and the San Remigian Sunset

The author gets a taste of what a day on a beautiful Cebuano beach is like. The island province of Cebu is known for its picturesque shorelines, and after this “appetizer”, the author is definitely hungry for more.
