Today, August 17th, marks the first anniversary of Dreamcatcher’s EP Dystopia: Lose Myself. This means it’s officialy been a year since they became my favorite KPop girl group. As a rock and metal kid growing up, Deukae’s (deulim kaechyeo) music especially fascinates me since they incorporate elements of rock/metal and horror into their unique brand of KPop.

It’s hard to believe that today is Chester’s third death anniversary. It’s been 3 years, holy crap. I still remember the shock I felt when I first read the news of his demise. I truly was affected by a stranger’s death, because this stranger had a huge impact on me growing up. Rest in power, man!

Many artists have held online concerts to entertain fans who probably are losing their minds out of boredom at home. Today, it was Pierce the Veil’s turn to provide momentary relief from the dark times we all are experiencing. Before performing one of their most popular songs ever in “Hold On Till May” (off their equally popular album Collide With The Sky), the guys paid homage to all the health workers caught in the midst of this war against the coronavirus.
