The world is rightfully enraged at yet another killing of a black man at the hands of white policeman. Social media, of course, is on top of this horrifying issue but one trend on Instagram is just that -- a trend. While good intentioned, it simply does nothing to enlighten the participants of the horrors of racism that still plague modern society.

Music Mondays: 30 Day Music Challenge Week 1

In 2017, there was a thing that went on Twitter called the 30 Day Music Challenge. It is a  fun way of flexing one's extensive taste in music. If you're going to waste time on social media, what better way to do so than by letting people know a little bit about yourself? I did the challenge back then but decided that since my taste in music has evolved vastly in the past three years (hello KPop), it's time to update my answers. Music Mondays – Pierce The Veil Performs “Hold On Till May” Live From Their Homes (On Quarantine)

Many artists have held online concerts to entertain fans who probably are losing their minds out of boredom at home. Today, it was Pierce the Veil's turn to provide momentary relief from the dark times we all are experiencing. Before performing one of their most popular songs ever in "Hold On Till May" (off their equally popular album Collide With The Sky), the guys paid homage to all the health workers caught in the midst of this war against the coronavirus.
