My favorite restaurant in Iloilo is Breakthrough in Arevalo. Many will agree with me that it is the best place to eat in the City of Love — and it’s usually an argument between Breakthrough and Tatoy’s, but ultimately it’s just about personal preference as both are definitely top-tier restaurants.
Anyway, what I love the most about Breakthrough is that it’s beside the sea, so you get views like this while you’re eating. What’s better than a gloomy day by the sea? “Nothing” is the only acceptable answer to that question.
